Boasting over 18 years in the world of Estate Agency I have gained a wealth of invaluable experience, skills and knowledge across the whole of the property sector.

My career began in SW19 London working for one of the most respected and reputable companies in the Industry. I worked my way to the top from trainee negotiator to Sales Manager winning multiple awards as I progressed whilst at the same time selling some sensational properties along the way ranging from studios to multi million pound manors.

I then moved away from the London market and relocated with my now wife to sunny Thorpe Bay where we now reside with an amazing son in tow too and we absolutely love it here.

I worked for an new Independent Local Agent in Rayleigh High Street for six years in the role of Sales Manager and Valuer where I was bought in to build the business and the brand. That office progressed on to be the best achieving office in the area consistently for five years both in New Instructions and Sales Agreed. We were also the winners of multiple awards for these achievements too.

But in the many years of working for a high street agent I’ve seen a lot of change and the way we sell properties has evolved. One thing however that has not changed is the way a customer needs or deserves to be treated and I just felt a lot of agency models are extremely reactive nowadays.

I was always brought up in my career with old fashioned work ethic, values and morals .. actually going out of my way to source and match buyers to properties that meet their requirements. But more importantly REALLY truly understanding what their requirements are, this in turn will generate quality viewings to my vendors hopefully resulting in a quality offer and a smooth transition from start to finish.

I want to change the way Estate Agents work by introducing a new personal estate agency service that looks after you on a 1:1 basis. Most people no longer want or need the ‘high street’ model, people want and need a modern, innovative & more personal approach where they can reach their estate agent any time of the day, any day of the week. Having been a High Street Agent for near on 18 years I understand its limitations and now want to deliver my own unrivalled service bringing all of the tradition I’ve so valued in the past and mix it with the modern day world of fantastic cutting edge marketing and social media…. But most importantly Fantastic Customer Service and Communication every step of the way.

In my time In Rayleigh I have built a large portfolio contacts and clients which will hugely benefit my business as a Bespoke Local Agent moving forward.
